Julian was born in South Africa and raised in Victoria, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Victoria and then a doctorate at the University of Western States in Oregon. Afterwards he opened and and managed a successful multidisciplinary clinic, where he was trusted by his patients to help them with their healthcare. Success has come from his honesty, hard work and integrity. He embodies what it means to do what you love and embraces every minute of it. Julian also loves real estate. Having experienced real estate from its many angles: a first time home buyer, a seller, a commercial tenant, a general contractor and as a licensed residential builder, it has given him the knowledge and wisdom to relate to people’s unique situations.
